Physical exertion is required.
You should know how to paddle or row a kayak. You should be in suitable physical condition (each paddler must be less 120 kilos and be able to enter a kayak cabin size 80 cm long and 40 cm wide).
Don't use your phone or camera while you are paddling or rowing. It's okay if you film on a Go Pro or camera attached to a hat or life jacket since you can paddle and row freely.
